Robert Ribley            Robert Ribley

Robert is the head trainer and coach here to help you and your horse achieve your riding goals.  His riding background consists of over 35,000 AERC miles including completing 98 one hundred mile endurance rides.  He has ridden one horse to over 8,000 miles.  Robert is three time AERC National Champion in his weight division and nine time AERC West Region Champion.  He served on the AERC board of directors for 5 years and chair of the National Championship Committee and active member of other AERC committees.  Robert has his Tevis 1,000 mile buckle with eighteen Tevis completions.

Melissa graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1989 and has since worked as a ride veterinarian in over 500 endurance rides including the Old Dominion, Tevis and AERC National Championship Ride. She has vetted rides internationally in Australia, Canada and Guatemala and is a 4* FEI Veterinary Delegate.  She began competing in AERC rides as a junior rider in 1976 and now has over 21,000 AERC miles including completing 53 one hundred mile endurance rides.   Melissa is also an avid Ride and Tie competitor and trail runner.  In 2009 she was honored to receive the coveted Haggin Cup at the Western States Trail Ride (Tevis) and has completed Tevis twelve times.  She will be monitoring the health status of your horse while in training, evaluating how your horse is adapting to the conditioning program, and advising you on how to best maintain your horses health while training for and competing in endurance rides.
